Why should I subscribe instead of posting jobs one by one?
Job postings have a short lifespan, expiring after 40 days. With the Hiring Partnership, your company has a long-term space on our platform where all your openings stay live. It stays active as long as your subscription is up to date, providing continuous exposure and a place where potential candidates can explore your company and open roles & apply at any time by searching online, as we rank at the top in AI and Google search results.
What if our company is 5 to 8 years old?
Please contact us and let us know how many jobs are listed on your careers page in a typical month, for example 8, 14, or more. We will then share a custom plan with you.
What does fully managed actually mean?
You do not need to log in or do anything. We check your careers page every 2 days, post new openings ourselves, and remove roles once filled.
What if we do not have a careers page on our own website?
No problem. Simply send us your job descriptions by email and we will post them for you.
How does billing work?
You are billed every 3 months in advance. The Core Partner Plan is $399/month, so your first payment is $1,197 covering months 1, 2, and 3. You can choose to pay for a year and get one month FREE.
How do we know if an application comes from your platform?
We have added both a UTM source (utm_source=QuantumJobsUSA) and a referral tag (ref=QuantumJobsUSA). Your ATS will typically show QuantumJobsUSA as the source, and the referral tag may also be captured depending on your system. This ensures tracking even if the applicant has blocked cookies in their browser. If applications are sent via email, our platform name will appear in the email subject line.
How do you verify eligibility?
During payment, we ask for your university or research lab email address, which is sufficient since there are no age restrictions. The Core Partner plan is for you.
For startups, before or after payment, you can provide any proof showing your company’s incorporation date—such as a legitimate document, online record, or your website’s “About Us” page with the start year.
Make sure to use your official email ID during payment or when contacting us. Verification and job listings are usually completed within 24 hours.
