  • Focus: Write quantum circuits utilizing Qiskit, Cirq, and PennyLane'; build quantum-classical hybrid applications for simulators or quantum devices.
  • Requirements: Proficiency in Python programming, and basic knowledge of quantum concepts (which can be acquired from the Qiskit Textbook or edX).
  • Top Employers: Classiq, Zapata Computing, QC Ware, Xanadu, IBM.

2. Quantum Control Engineer:

  • Focus: Develop & test the signals and pulse sequences. These control quantum bits (qubits), often interfacing with lab equipment and cryogenic systems.
  • Ideal For: Electrical or Physics degree holders trained in working with labs or hardware; those experienced in RF microwave, and/or FPGA engineering.
  • Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.

3. Quantum Product Manager:

  • Focus: Strategically manage quantum development platforms, simulators, or cloud services. Utilize participant insights and feedback to enhance features.
