Job Description

Job Title: Global Real Estate & Operations Leader. Location: Broomfield, Colorado

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global real estate and operations strategy that supports company growth.
  • Build and manage a full global operations plan aligned with business goals.
  • Improve processes, increase efficiency, and set consistent standards across regions.
  • Work with business units and regional leaders to match operations with market needs.
  • Set and track KPIs for global performance;
  • Manage the real estate portfolio across all regions.
  • Oversee site selection, design, construction, and renovation projects.
  • Support sustainability, energy efficiency, and ESG goals with the HSE team.
  • Manage vendors for real estate, design, construction, and workplace services.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations, safety rules, and corporate policies.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, Security, and IT to support strong governance.
  • Lead and support a diverse global operations team;
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 10 years in global operations or program management.
  • Experience leading multi-site operations across regions such as Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by federal rules;
  • Due to national security rules, candidates cannot be PRC or Russian nationals unless they are also U.S. citizens.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree or MBA.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments;
  • Experience running renovation programs or capital projects.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate real estate, leasing, and facility operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Experience overseeing organizational change and cross-functional programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: 168,000 to 205,000 per year.
  • Incentive eligible; pay depends on skills, education, and experience.
