Facilities Associate

Job Description

Job Title: Facilities Associate. Location: Milpitas, California, United States

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain facility support systems such as chillers, air compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and cooling towers.
• Handle facility-related requests including room temperature adjustments, furniture placement, and office equipment setup.
• Respond to facility emergencies such as leaks or malfunctioning appliances.
• Coordinate with service contractors for scheduled maintenance and repair of facility equipment.
• Support general facility-related tasks across different environments including clean rooms, service yards, and rooftops.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with facility equipment such as chillers, air handlers, air compressors, pumps, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of using hand tools and test equipment such as a digital voltmeter (DVM).
• Basic proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in varied environments including clean rooms and outdoor areas.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Base salary range (Bay Area): $43 to $47 per hour.
