Job Description
Job Title: Senior Account Executive – Quantum Navigation. Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
You’ll be responsible for driving commercial strategy and sales execution; forming deep relationships with current and prospective clients & translating their technical needs into actionable product development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all revenue-growth strategies related to the Quantum Sensing – Ironstone Opal product.
- Manage and expand the sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce and implement new sales methodologies as needed.
- Grow existing business and collaborate with product managers to identify upselling opportunities;
- Maintain and deepen client relationships, fostering long-term engagement and exploring new business opportunities.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal product/engineering teams, translating technical client needs into internal product priorities.
- Prepare and review RFIs, RFPs, white papers, and technical documentation to support new business capture.
- Monitor market trends and buying cycles to identify growth opportunities;
- Support cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with strategic milestones.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of strategic sales experience, preferably within sensing or related technologies.
- Proven ability to engage with a diverse range of enterprise, commercial, and research clients.
- Technical fluency to engage in deep discussions with customers and internal engineers.
- Experience operating within fast-paced startups or high-growth tech companies;
- Strong writing skills, particularly in drafting white papers and RFP responses.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ability to work independently as part of a small and growing team.
Preferred:
- Background in complex engineering systems.
- Advanced degree.
- Experience with government sales, proposals, and contract structures (especially DoD or military experience).
