Job Description
Job Title: Consultant – Consulting & Advisory Services – Quantum. Location: US Remote (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting engagements with enterprise clients through structured problem definition, analysis, and development of actionable recommendations.
- Identify, frame, and address strategic questions related to the adoption and application of quantum technologies.
- Conduct client interviews, workshops, and working sessions; guide senior stakeholders through analysis and implications;
- Recognize emerging client needs, shape proposals and statements of work, and contribute to business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, product, and research teams to integrate technical perspectives into advisory engagements.
- Contribute to refining consulting methodologies, developing reusable assets, and creating thought leadership materials.
- Ensure day-to-day engagement quality, coherence, and client confidence throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED minimum required.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in consulting, advisory, strategy, transformation, or analytical roles within professional services or advanced-technology environments.
- Fundamental understanding of quantum computing concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize technical quantum computing and business information into clear recommendations.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts;
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder; asylum or refugee status acceptable).
- Cannot be a national of the People’s Republic of China or Russia unless also a U.S. citizen, due to U.S. national security requirements.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with quantum computing technology and emerging industry trends.
- Experience in Finance, Chemicals & Materials, or Pharmaceuticals verticals.
- Prior experience shaping advisory engagements and building long-term client relationships.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary range: $192,000 – $240,000 annually, inclusive of bonus targets where applicable.
