Manager – End User Support

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager – End User Support. Location: Remote - USA

The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and high quality IT support for staff and senior leaders. It combines leadership, customer service & technical depth; You will guide a team that supports infrastructure, systems, and end-user services across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop an IT support team with a focus on reliability, fast response, and strong customer service.
  • Manage endpoint lifecycle operations, vendor relationships, and service delivery standards;
  • Work closely with global IT, Facilities, and business teams to align technology support with daily operations;
  • Provide white glove support for executives and handle technology needs for board meetings, leadership events, and travel.
  • Drive improvements through automation, performance tracking, and user experience feedback.
  • Maintain compliance with IT security rules, audits, and regulatory needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role;
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cloud systems, compute environments, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and distributed teams.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and problem solving skills;
  • Commitment to service excellence, empathy, and operational discipline.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay range: 124,000 to 186,000 USD per year for candidates based in the United States; During the interview process, the recruiter will explain base pay, equity, bonus plans, perks, benefits, and company culture. Final offers depend on your experience & proficiency.
