Job Title: Director - Consulting & Advisory Services – Quantum. Location: US Remote (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead Quantinuum’s consulting and advisory strategy, including service portfolio and operating model.
• Lead and deliver high-impact advisory engagements for enterprise clients within assigned verticals (Finance, Chemicals & Materials, or Pharmaceuticals).
• Advise senior client stakeholders, including C-suite, on quantum technology adoption, use-case prioritization, and long-term technology roadmapping.
• Develop repeatable consulting frameworks, methodologies, and advisory assets;
• Recruit, coach, and manage a small team of senior consulting professionals.
• Drive business growth through scoping, selling, and expanding advisory engagements.
• Align cross-functionally with product, software, and research teams to integrate solutions.
• Represent Quantinuum externally as a thought leader at conferences, roundtables, and executive forums.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED minimum; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, transformation, or strategic leadership roles.
• U.S. Person requirement: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder; asylum or refugee status eligible;
• Must not be a national of the People’s Republic of China or Russia unless also a U.S. citizen due to national security requirements.

Preferred:

• Proven track record at Partner, Associate Partner, or VP-equivalent seniority in consulting or advisory roles.
• Experience scoping, selling, and delivering complex advisory programs.
• Deep technical expertise in quantum technologies and ability to engage with practical applications.
• Strong executive presence with capability to advise C-suite and technical leaders;
• Existing industry relationships within Finance, Chemicals & Materials, or Pharmaceuticals.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies including AI/ML, HPC, and cloud infrastructure.

• Annual salary range: $246,400 – $308,000 (inclusive of bonus targets).
