Job Title: IT SAP Developer - 729. Location: Broomfield, CO, USA / Brooklyn Park, MN, USA
Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (up to 2 days remote per week)
Responsibilities:
- Develop production-ready SAP S/4HANA solutions using ABAP, Fiori, and BTP aligned with clean-core principles.
- Deliver end-to-end development tasks from technical design through production stabilization.
- Build and maintain ABAP objects, CDS views, OData services, and integration components.
- Create technical design packages including architecture, estimates, risks, and dependency mapping.
- Perform unit testing and ensure development objects meet quality and performance standards.
- Run ATC and SCI checks and resolve or document exceptions where necessary;
- Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing through defect resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Provide production release support including transport planning, release notes, and hypercare.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and change-control processes.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and operational handover materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of SAP HANA development experience using ABAP and Fiori.
- At least 1 year of experience with SAP BTP extension or integration.
- Strong understanding of full-stack SAP development lifecycle;
- Experience working independently and delivering end-to-end development tasks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SAP security and governance standards.
Preferred:
- SAP certifications.
- Experience in FICO, MM, security architecture, or manufacturing systems.
- Exposure to AP automation, CPGRC, or Glasswing systems.
- Strong ownership mindset with proven ability to manage complex deliverables.
- Experience working in fast-paced enterprise ERP environments.

- Annual salary range: $114,000 to $143,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
