MES Integrator

Job Description

Job Title: MES Integrator. Location: Milpitas, California, United States

This position reports into Operations and plays a key role in connecting manufacturing workflows with digital systems.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and rollout of MES systems in production and R&D environments
• Configure MES tools to align with manufacturing and research workflows
• Train operators, engineers, technicians, and other users on MES platforms
• Provide ongoing user support and help resolve system or workflow issues
• Work with vendors and internal technical teams to qualify and adapt MES solutions
• Assist with integration of MES with ERP, SCADA, PLC, and other manufacturing systems
• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials
• Support the standardization of MES workflows and data models under senior guidance

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience in MES implementation, manufacturing systems, or process engineering
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and digital production systems
• Experience with MES platforms and enterprise system integration;
• Familiarity with ERP, SCADA, and PLC environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams
• Experience providing training or user support for manufacturing software

Preferred:

• Experience working in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or hardware-focused environments
• Exposure to R&D production workflows alongside high-volume manufacturing

U.S. Base Pay Range:
$95,000 – $120,000 USD

Bay Area Pay Range:
$120,000 – $140,000 USD

Actual compensation depends on experience, education, location, and business needs.
