Job Title: Project Manager - 850. Location: Broomfield, Colorado, USA / Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, USA
Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global facilities and capital projects.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop and execute project plans, forecasts, budgets, and governance frameworks.
- Deliver clear project updates, executive presentations, and stakeholder reports;
- Ensure successful project execution from initiation through completion.
Operational Improvement
- Develop and implement operational and process improvement strategies.
- Identify root causes of operational challenges and drive cross-functional solutions.
- Improve project management methodologies, tools, standards, and operational efficiency.
- Recommend and implement new policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support robust project planning and execution frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Facilities, IT, HR, Security, Materials, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Align project outcomes with organizational objectives and business goals.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilities & Workplace Initiatives
- Lead workplace optimization and facilities improvement projects.
- Support site expansions and workplace transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, local regulations, safety requirements, and sustainability goals.
- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and service providers.
Additional Duties
- Perform special projects and additional assignments as required.
- Support the company's continued growth through strategic operational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Operations, Facilities Management, or Manufacturing.
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, green card holder, refugee, or asylum status holder).
- Must meet U.S. government national security requirements.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Executive-level presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience leading facilities projects, workplace transformations, or site expansion initiatives.
- Experience working in global or multi-site environments;
- Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Jira.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Experience managing large-scale operational improvement programs.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Annual salary range: $115,000 - $148,000
- Incentive eligible (salary range includes bonus target)
- Compensation based on skills, education, experience, and qualifications
