Project Manager

Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager - 850. Location: Broomfield, Colorado, USA / Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, USA

Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of global facilities and capital projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop and execute project plans, forecasts, budgets, and governance frameworks.
  • Deliver clear project updates, executive presentations, and stakeholder reports;
  • Ensure successful project execution from initiation through completion.

Operational Improvement

  • Develop and implement operational and process improvement strategies.
  • Identify root causes of operational challenges and drive cross-functional solutions.
  • Improve project management methodologies, tools, standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement new policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support robust project planning and execution frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Facilities, IT, HR, Security, Materials, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Align project outcomes with organizational objectives and business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Facilities & Workplace Initiatives

  • Lead workplace optimization and facilities improvement projects.
  • Support site expansions and workplace transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, local regulations, safety requirements, and sustainability goals.
  • Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and service providers.

Additional Duties

  • Perform special projects and additional assignments as required.
  • Support the company's continued growth through strategic operational initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Operations, Facilities Management, or Manufacturing.
  • Must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, green card holder, refugee, or asylum status holder).
  • Must meet U.S. government national security requirements.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Executive-level presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience leading facilities projects, workplace transformations, or site expansion initiatives.
  • Experience working in global or multi-site environments;
  • Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Jira.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Experience managing large-scale operational improvement programs.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Annual salary range: $115,000 - $148,000
  • Incentive eligible (salary range includes bonus target)
  • Compensation based on skills, education, experience, and qualifications
