Job Title: Sr. Director, Offering Management – 811. Location: Broomfield, CO / Brooklyn Park, MN / Golden Valley, MN / Cambridge, UK / Albuquerque, NM
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
Responsibilities:
- Define strategic direction for quantum computing products using market and customer data.
- Own long-term platform roadmap, including generational product planning over a 10+ year horizon.
- Design and develop offerings aligned with both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities, including gross margin optimization and financial forecasting.
- Identify and execute strategies to improve margins and business performance;
- Develop new product offerings and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with senior leaders across key industry partners.
- Support commercialization strategies, joint product development, and go-to-market planning.
- Represent company offerings at internal and external industry events.
- Translate complex quantum technologies into clear value propositions for customers.
- Expand ecosystem strategy to support future users and developers of quantum platforms.
- Lead execution of strategic initiatives with precision and accountability;
- Set KPIs aligned with strategic goals and ensure delivery against them.
- Manage and mentor a small global team while contributing hands-on to key initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required (advanced technical or business field preferred).
- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- At least 3+ years in offering management within quantum computing or deep tech industries.
- Experience with both hardware and software product offerings;
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience working across large, cross-functional organizations.
- Ability to influence without direct authority;
- Strong leadership presence and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
Preferred:
- Experience managing global, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong capability in balancing leadership and hands-on execution roles.
- Proven ability to define and deliver strategic KPIs.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure.
- Experience in quantum computing ecosystem development or enterprise SaaS/platform strategy.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $260,000 – $325,000 per year (plus incentive eligibility).
- Bonus opportunities based on performance.
