Job Title: IT SAP Manager - 728. Location: Broomfield, CO, USA / Brooklyn Park, MN, USA
Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid, Management Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of SAP administrators, architects, consultants, and external partners.
- Define required roles and structure for a growing SAP team.
- Coordinate with business units and program managers to develop and execute the SAP roadmap.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and resolve operational issues.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to SAP teams.
- Improve agile development, support, and change management processes for SAP operations.
- Define and track performance metrics for SAP team success;
- Develop security, financial controls, and audit procedures to ensure compliance.
- Oversee implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and performance of SAP modules and systems.
- Manage system stability, performance monitoring, patches, and platform security.
- Handle vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts for SAP systems and services.
- Travel up to 10% when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Information Technology or Computer Science preferred).
- 8+ years of SAP and ERP implementation and support experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing SAP teams and large-scale projects.
- 5+ years experience with SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, and PLM.
- Strong background in ERP implementation and system upgrades;
- Experience in enterprise-level application design and support.
- Strong understanding of business processes across manufacturing, finance, supply chain, or HR domains.
Preferred:
- SAP certifications in relevant modules.
- Experience leading organizational change such as system migrations or restructuring.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments;
- Ability to design workflows and document technical procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop technical teams.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Annual salary range: $156,000 to $196,000 with incentive eligibility.
