Job Description
Job Title: Manager, Business Systems. Location: Remote, United States
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Product Owner and systems owner for enterprise and manufacturing platforms.
- Lead business and technical requirements gathering for system implementations, integrations, and workflow redesign.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, IT, and external vendors to align system strategy with business needs.
- Improve integrations across ERP, CRM, finance, manufacturing, inventory, and operational systems;
- Support workflows related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and operational data systems.
- Design and optimize future-state business workflows and enterprise system architecture.
- Translate business requirements into technical delivery plans and system solutions.
- Support enterprise systems modernization, console redesign, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in Business Systems, ERP systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Analysis roles.
- Experience as Product Owner, Business Systems Manager, or Enterprise Applications lead.
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows across finance, manufacturing, and operations;
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and operational systems.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in aerospace, satellite, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES);
- Background in enterprise system modernization or large-scale transformation programs.

- Base salary range: $128,445 to $167,497 annually.

- Remote role with up to 5% travel.
