Job Description

Job Title: Manager, Business Systems. Location: Remote, United States

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Product Owner and systems owner for enterprise and manufacturing platforms.
  • Lead business and technical requirements gathering for system implementations, integrations, and workflow redesign.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, IT, and external vendors to align system strategy with business needs.
  • Improve integrations across ERP, CRM, finance, manufacturing, inventory, and operational systems;
  • Support workflows related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and operational data systems.
  • Design and optimize future-state business workflows and enterprise system architecture.
  • Translate business requirements into technical delivery plans and system solutions.
  • Support enterprise systems modernization, console redesign, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Systems, ERP systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Analysis roles.
  • Experience as Product Owner, Business Systems Manager, or Enterprise Applications lead.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise workflows across finance, manufacturing, and operations;
  • Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and operational systems.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in aerospace, satellite, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES);
  • Background in enterprise system modernization or large-scale transformation programs.

  • Base salary range: $128,445 to $167,497 annually.

Other Information:

  • Remote role with up to 5% travel.
  • Requires U.S. work authorization due to export control regulations (U.S. citizen or eligible status required).
