Job Title: Senior Business Systems Manager: Location: Bothell, Washington, United States; College Park, Maryland, United States; Remote (US)
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage day-to-day NetSuite administration and operations, including coordination with internal and external support teams.
- Identify and implement improvements in ERP configurations, workflows, and module usage.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Lead ERP migration and integration projects for acquired entities, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
- Administer and optimize connected financial systems such as OneStream and Expensify;
- Maintain SOX-compliant controls, documentation, and audit trails across all systems.
- Support system consolidation efforts across multiple ERP platforms.
- Ensure smooth cross-functional delivery between business and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in business systems or ERP administration.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience in a mid to large-scale environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Experience with NetSuite Inventory and Manufacturing modules;
- Knowledge of ITGC controls, SOX compliance, and formal change management processes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
Preferred:
- NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- Experience with DCAA compliance and government contract accounting.
- Expertise in NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing workflows including BOMs, routing, MRP, and demand planning.
- Experience with tools such as Zip, OneStream, RF Smart, Expensify, or Salesforce;
- Prior experience in publicly traded hardware, deep tech, or aerospace and defense companies.
- Experience in post-IPO or post-acquisition system scaling environments.

- Estimated base salary range: $128,445 – $167,497 per year.
