Lead of Platform Ecosystem Strategy

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Lead of Platform Ecosystem Strategy. Location: On-site with partial remote option - Broomfield, Colorado, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, Albuquerque, New Mexico

The position works closely with leadership, technical teams, marketing, sales, and operational excellence to build a strong and unified quantum platform ecosystem; The role is based on-site in the United States, with limited remote flexibility subject to approval.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the strategic direction for post-sale platform and developer ecosystem offerings
  • Provide high-level strategic guidance to senior leadership on ecosystem priorities and direction
  • Align post-sale ecosystem development with pre-sales efforts in business development;
  • Coordinate internal teams to form a unified ecosystem function
  • Ensure ecosystem strategy directly informs platform roadmap decisions
  • Oversee Q-Net, Quantinuum’s global user group across hardware, software, and applications
  • Lead Q-Net initiatives including annual meetings, newsletters, webinars, and user engagement
  • Structure Q-Net to support deep technical collaboration across domains;
  • Manage the startup partner program, enabling platform access in exchange for research and product output
  • Collaborate closely with Operational Excellence, Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, and Technical teams
  • Travel up to 25 percent as required

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree minimum
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. government regulations
  • Must meet national security eligibility requirements

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree or higher in a STEM-related field
  • Experience working within a full-stack quantum computing organization
  • Familiarity with quantum hardware access, software platforms, and user onboarding models
  • Experience engaging developer and research communities around technical platforms
  • Ability to align stakeholders with different goals and incentives;
  • Experience designing structured programs with clear stages and outcomes
  • Strong communication skills with senior leadership
  • Experience working with legal teams on participation terms and data use policies
  • Budget planning and program investment management experience
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $166,000 to $208,000
  • Salary range includes bonus target where applicable;
  • Actual compensation based on skills, education, and experience
