Job Description
Job Title: IT SAP Analyst – 730. Location: Broomfield, CO, USA / Brooklyn Park, MN, USA
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support, maintenance, and incident resolution for SAP S4/HANA systems through help desk systems.
- Perform SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and administration across ERP modules supporting back-office workflows.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and system access controls;
- Handle configuration changes, ticket resolution, and project-related tasks in SAP environments.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment across multiple environments.
- Support SAP enhancements, feature activations, implementations, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with SAP CAS teams, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders for cross-functional improvements.
- Ensure compliance with audit and change control policies;
- Maintain SAP application servers, ensuring performance, patch updates, and system stability.
- Support backup and disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business priorities and improve ERP processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S4/HANA support, administration, or implementation.
- Strong experience in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Knowledge of SAP workflows, ERP systems, and enterprise integrations;
- Ability to manage tickets, incidents, and structured support processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- SAP certifications in relevant modules.
- Experience with SAP FICO, MM, Security Architecture, and Manufacturing modules.
- Familiarity with AP Automation, CPGRC, and Glasswing systems.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience working in fast-paced enterprise IT environments.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary range: $87,000 to $108,000 per year.
