Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Operations Leader – Quantum Strategic Partnerships. Location: Yorktown Heights, New York, USA
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and execute Statements of Work (SoWs), NDAs, and IP agreements aligned with organizational standards.
- Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to ensure timely and compliant contracting processes.
Pricing and Financial Oversight
- Work with engagement teams to develop pricing models and validate cost structures for partnership agreements.
- Track and report financial commitments, including in-kind contributions and full-time equivalent (FTE) allocations.
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to intellectual property policies, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all agreements.
Operational Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor resource utilization across projects, including FTEs and in-kind contributions.
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership covering operational and financial metrics.
Process Improvement
- Apply industry best practices to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance partner experience and execution quality.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal and external researchers, engagement leads, and operations teams.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and procurement teams to resolve operational issues and align processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, contracting, or program management.
- Strong understanding of governance, business operations, and resource management.
- Financial acumen with experience in pricing models and cost tracking;
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience with intellectual property management and compliance frameworks.
- Background in technology partnerships or innovation ecosystems;
- Familiarity with data analysis and operational reporting tools.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary range: $152,000 to $228,000 per year depending on experience and location.

Additional Information:
