Manager, Equity Administration

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager, Equity Administration. Location: Broomfield, Colorado, USA

Job Type: Full-time, hybrid (remote up to 2 days per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end equity administration including grant, vesting, and tax withholding cycles
  • Support rollout and execution of new equity programs and long-term incentive plans
  • Maintain and reconcile equity platforms and ensure accurate transaction records
  • Support employee and executive inquiries related to equity compensation;
  • Track and update capitalization tables for legal, tax, and accounting purposes
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, Payroll, and external auditors
  • Support equity accounting, financial reporting, and quarterly/year-end close activities
  • Lead process improvements including automation and system optimization
  • Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, SOX, and global securities regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of experience in equity administration and stock-based compensation
  • U.S. Person requirement (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylum status)
  • Must pass export control and national security screening requirements

Preferred:

  • Strong knowledge of ASC 718 (stock compensation accounting) and SOX/internal controls
  • Experience with equity administration systems and financial reporting tools
  • Background in accounting close processes and consolidated financial statements
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to communicate complex equity concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring or supervising teams
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Salary range: $163,000 – $204,000 annually
  • Bonus eligible role
