Job Description
Job Title: Senior Manager, Equity Administration. Location: Broomfield, Colorado, USA
Job Type: Full-time, hybrid (remote up to 2 days per week)
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end equity administration including grant, vesting, and tax withholding cycles
- Support rollout and execution of new equity programs and long-term incentive plans
- Maintain and reconcile equity platforms and ensure accurate transaction records
- Support employee and executive inquiries related to equity compensation;
- Track and update capitalization tables for legal, tax, and accounting purposes
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, Payroll, and external auditors
- Support equity accounting, financial reporting, and quarterly/year-end close activities
- Lead process improvements including automation and system optimization
- Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, SOX, and global securities regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of experience in equity administration and stock-based compensation
- U.S. Person requirement (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylum status)
- Must pass export control and national security screening requirements
Preferred:
- Strong knowledge of ASC 718 (stock compensation accounting) and SOX/internal controls
- Experience with equity administration systems and financial reporting tools
- Background in accounting close processes and consolidated financial statements
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to communicate complex equity concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or supervising teams
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary range: $163,000 – $204,000 annually
