Job Description

Job Title: Director, AMER Field Marketing. Location: Broomfield, Colorado, USA

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the AMER field marketing strategy aligned with target accounts, industries, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Translate regional strategy into execution plans that drive pipeline growth and measurable revenue impact.
  • Lead regional go-to-market priorities and ensure consistent execution across all marketing programs.
  • Manage pipeline generation, performance tracking, and reporting across the AMER region;
  • Lead planning and execution of events including conferences, executive briefings, roundtables, and technical workshops.
  • Design integrated event strategies covering pre-event, on-site, and post-event engagement.
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure lead routing, follow-up processes, and measurable pipeline contribution.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing program performance to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial discipline across all marketing initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen market presence through thought leadership, industry events, and ecosystem engagement.
  • Collect and communicate customer, partner, and market insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
  • Execute account-based marketing programs in collaboration with sales and SDR teams;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, alliances, engineering, and global field marketing.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure high-quality execution of events and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 10+ years of B2B technology marketing experience with strong regional or field marketing exposure.
  • Strong experience in go-to-market strategy development and execution.
  • Proven ability to manage pipeline-driven marketing programs;
  • Experience with marketing automation and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, and Webex.
  • Strong project management skills across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, especially with sales teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience using event platforms such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or iCapture.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools for marketing optimization, including personalization and ABM campaigns.
  • Strong operational discipline in budgeting and performance measurement.
  • Experience leading large-scale events and conferences end-to-end.
  • Ability to adapt global messaging for regional market needs;
  • Strong analytical and data-driven presentation skills.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Annual salary range: $208,000 to $260,000, including incentive eligibility.
