Job Title: Director, Marketing Automation – 874. Location: Broomfield, Colorado, USA

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Own enterprise marketing automation strategy and define global martech standards and architecture.
• Design and maintain multi-year roadmap for marketing systems, including integrations, data models, and platform evolution.
• Advise senior leadership on marketing operations strategy, platform investments, and risk analysis.
• Lead global marketing automation architecture across platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), CDPs, and analytics tools.
• Oversee API and middleware integrations (Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft) and ensure scalable system connectivity.
• Develop and optimize lead lifecycle models, scoring systems, and routing logic;
• Ensure alignment between marketing and sales through SLA-driven lead management processes.
• Improve MQL to SQL conversion through data-driven optimization.
• Build reporting and attribution frameworks to measure campaign performance, funnel conversion, and ROI.
• Partner with analytics and sales teams to deliver actionable business insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales operations, IT, and analytics teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee martech ecosystem governance.
• Drive compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, or revenue operations.
• Strong experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) integration and CRM data architecture;
• Proven experience in lead lifecycle design, scoring models, and routing systems.
• Strong understanding of martech ecosystems and system integrations.
• Experience with reporting, attribution modeling, and funnel analytics.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments preferred.
• Familiarity with CDPs, ABM platforms, and data enrichment tools.
• Experience with API integrations and middleware tools such as Workato, Zapier, or MuleSoft.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

• Annual salary range: $208,000 – $260,000 plus bonus eligibility.
