Executive Assistant

Job Description

Position: Executive Assistant. Location: Remote (United States)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and key members of the HR team; This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting operational excellence in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage the CHRO’s calendar, coordinate travel, process expense reports, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and documents. Maintain organized records and support internal HR platforms like SharePoint;
  • Project Coordination: Assist the CHRO and HR team with strategic projects aligned to the company’s talent initiatives. Conduct research and provide administrative support for special projects;
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, collect materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items for both internal and external meetings.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for the CHRO. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a CHRO or senior HR leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with keen attention to detail;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), HRIS platforms, and collaboration tools.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Experience working with multinational teams and sensitivity to cultural differences;
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $88,000 – $132,000 USD per year
