Materials Management Analyst

Job Description

Job Title: Materials Management Analyst II. Location: Brooklyn Park, MN, USA

You will be part of a team driving the quantum revolution by supporting essential infrastructure for cutting-edge quantum research and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support logistics operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and property management.
  • Perform material and inventory transactions for receipts, asset management, cycle counts, reconciliations, and shipments.
  • Oversee asset inventory activities and provide guidance to peers and plant employees on utilization and disposal processes;
  • Manage intercompany truck deliveries (including background checks and motor vehicle monitoring for Colorado deliveries).
  • Participate in SAP S4 HANA deployment through integration testing, process validation, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Implement process controls for all material movements in ERP systems to ensure accuracy in cycle counting and inventory.
  • Train and collaborate with cross-functional teams on best practices in material handling and asset management.
  • Safely lift and manage materials up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in receiving, shipping, logistics, SAP systems, and ISC planning;
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder, asylum or refugee status).
  • Candidates must not be nationals of the People’s Republic of China or Russia unless they are also U.S. citizens.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing (safety-sensitive position).

Preferred:

  • Strong independent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience deploying MRP within SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of data quality, cleansing, and validation.
  • Capability to lead process improvements;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet).
  • Powered industrial truck certification.
  • Team-oriented but able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $88,000 annually (non-incentive eligible).
