Strategic Partner Lead, Quantum

Job Description

Job Title: Strategic Partner Lead, Quantum Computing. Location: Santa Clara, CA, USA (remote option available)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic business development and build strong ecosystem partnerships.
  • Establish and grow relationships with quantum hardware vendors, startups, cloud providers, academic groups, and enterprise customers.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate NVIDIA technologies such as CUDA Quantum, GPUs, DGX systems, and networking into quantum workflows.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to align technical roadmaps with industry and partner needs;
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and ecosystem programs that highlight quantum computing value.
  • Represent NVIDIA at industry conferences, forums, and customer engagements as a thought leader.
  • Provide insights on quantum market trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities to influence NVIDIA’s quantum strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem leadership in innovative technology markets.
  • Strong understanding of quantum computing, HPC, and AI technologies and their applications.
  • Advanced degree (or equivalent experience) in Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in complex technical markets;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment while driving strategic outcomes.

Preferred:

  • Deep connections within the quantum ecosystem (vendors, startups, government labs, cloud providers).
  • Background in high-performance computing, semiconductors, or AI industries;
  • Demonstrated success in go-to-market programs and commercialization of new technologies.

  • Base salary range: $184,000 – $299,000 USD (depending on location, experience, and internal equity).
