Job Title: Vice President, TTL Rewards. Location: Remote (United States)
This executive role is central to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent through competitive pay structures and comprehensive employee benefits; The leader will collaborate with HR and company executives to design programs that align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Create and execute a global compensation and benefits strategy that supports business objectives and enhances engagement and retention.
- Compensation Committee Support: Lead the preparation of materials, manage committee agendas, monitor emerging trends, and oversee regulatory filings (proxy, CD&A, 8K, 10K).
- Compensation Management: Oversee design, implementation, and administration of salary, variable pay, and equity programs aligned with market trends and internal equity.
- Performance & Recognition Systems: Partner with HR and business leaders to implement frameworks that foster a high-performance culture.
- Benefits Strategy: Develop and manage health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits programs for a global workforce;
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to laws and regulations in all operating jurisdictions and maintain governance frameworks.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data analytics to assess effectiveness of programs and make recommendations to leadership.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders to align rewards strategies with organizational goals;
- Innovation: Explore new reward solutions and technologies to improve employee experience.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of rewards professionals, encouraging collaboration and growth.
- Communication: Develop communication strategies to ensure employees understand compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- At least 15 years of progressive compensation leadership experience; professional certifications (CCP, CBP) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of global compensation, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Experience with public company compensation governance and committee engagement.
- Proven ability to design innovative compensation and benefits strategies;
- Advanced analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Experience with HR information systems and AI technologies in rewards programs.
- Industry experience in technology or quantum computing preferred.
- Willingness to travel globally when required.

- Competitive salary range: $185,000 – $305,000 per year
