Job Description
Job Title: SAP Functional Architect. Location: Broomfield, CO (Hybrid) or US Remote
Responsibilities:
- Identify current and future business needs and translate them into SAP solution requirements.
 - Design and lead SAP implementations and upgrades across modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources.
 - Create a business-aligned SAP roadmap that supports digital transformation and governance.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including InfoSec, Procurement, and Finance to ensure secure, scalable SAP solutions.
 - Lead vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, and performance assessment.
 - Develop and enforce global SAP policies and compliance standards (SOX and related);
 - Integrate SAP systems with PLM systems to support product data and lifecycle management;
 - Define KPIs and analyze SAP performance metrics to drive continuous improvement;
 - Engage stakeholders to provide training, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for new systems and initiatives.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
 - 8+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, Analyst, or Architect.
 - 2+ years in a leadership role implementing enterprise SAP strategies;
 - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status);
 - Cannot be a PRC or Russian national unless also a U.S. citizen (due to national security requirements).
 
Preferred:
- SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Architect).
 - Deep knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PLM);
 - Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional SAP projects;
 - Experience with enterprise architecture, data analytics, and project management best practices.
 - Familiarity with quantum technology or fast-paced tech startup environments is a plus.
 
Benefits:
- Salary range: $130,000 – $163,000 annually (includes potential bonus)
