Senior Program Manager, ISC

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Program Manager, ISC. Location: Broomfield, Colorado, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

The position requires strong leadership in supply chain, program management, and technical environments; Work is based on-site in Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive full program execution for large, multi-disciplinary projects from planning to delivery.
  • Build scalable reporting systems and provide regular updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Develop data-driven dashboards and reporting frameworks for ISC leadership and internal teams;
  • Define scope, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria aligned with business and functional goals.
  • Coordinate across supply chain, hardware engineering, software engineering, product, research, planning, and finance.
  • Track performance, identify risks early, and implement solutions to maintain progress.
  • Create and maintain program documentation, including roadmaps, process flows, timelines, RACI charts, and status updates.
  • Ensure all programs meet regulatory, quality, and operational standards;
  • Lead continuous improvement of program management tools, methods, and processes.
  • Mentor project managers and junior team members.
  • Collaborate with PMO and technical project leaders to ensure consistent practices across the organization.
  • Lead budgeting activities, support the Annual Operating Plan, and manage financial performance.
  • Optimize resource allocation and maintain cost control;
  • Deliver precise and regular communication to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, green card holder, asylum or refugee status).
  • Due to U.S. national security requirements, candidates cannot be nationals of China or Russia unless they are also U.S. citizens.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing complex programs in supply chain, scientific, or engineering environments.
  • Strong budgeting, resource management, and timeline management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks;
  • Experience working with large, cross-functional technical teams.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification;
  • Experience in quantum computing, semiconductors, aerospace, or advanced R&D fields.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range: 150,000 to 190,000 USD.
  • Incentive eligible.
  • Final compensation may vary based on skills, education, and experience.
