Senior Recruiter

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Recruiter. Job Type: Full-time (12-month contract). Work Mode: Remote. Location: United States or Canada

This role works closely with hiring managers across technical and business teams to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, team needs, and interview strategies
  • Develop clear and accurate job descriptions aligned with hiring goals
  • Manage inbound applicants and proactively source passive candidates using multiple recruitment tools and platforms
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
  • Conduct candidate evaluations, coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage hiring timelines
  • Provide salary recommendations and support offer negotiations
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure transparency and progress

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate and technical recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth, technical, or scientific research environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and stakeholders at the same time
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills with the ability to represent company values clearly
  • Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Rippling
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships quickly with candidates and hiring teams
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing and ambiguous environments

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for advanced technology, engineering, or scientific roles
  • Background in recruitment marketing or talent branding initiatives
