Job Title: Technical Program Manager III, Processor, Quantum AI. Location: Goleta, California, USA

You will manage timelines, connect technical teams, solve issues early, and keep all partners aligned; This role needs strong technical judgment and clear communication.

Responsibilities:

• Work with teams and stakeholders to define work needs, program goals, and expected results.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear program goals and prioritized deliverables.
• Support Quantum AI research teams by planning project requirements and setting schedules.
• Lead program life-cycle reviews, including concept reviews and design reviews;
• Serve as the main connector between cross-functional engineering teams.
• Anticipate technical and scheduling issues, propose solutions, and manage dependencies.
• Identify and improve tools or processes to support program execution;
• Prepare and share work plans, timelines, progress updates, and results with the broader team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Five years of experience in program management;
• Five years of experience contributing in systems engineering, hardware development, semiconductor design or fabrication, quantum computing, or related fields.

Preferred:

• Advanced degree in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Five years of experience leading cross-team or cross-functional programs;
• Experience managing complex dependencies and improving processes or tools.
• Background in semiconductor fabrication, device design, systems engineering, cryogenics, experimental physics, aerospace, or hardware research environments.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this full-time US role is one hundred fifty six thousand to two hundred twenty nine thousand dollars, plus bonus, equity, and benefits; Final pay depends on location, experience, and job-related skills.
