Job Description

Job Title: Technical Solutions Account Executive (Lead). Location: Remote (United States) – Hybrid optional

In this role, you will shape technical strategies that align with client business goals, lead project execution, and contribute to the broader quantum strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of impactful quantum computing solutions tailored for enterprise, government, and academic clients
• Define and articulate technical strategies that directly support client business objectives;
• Oversee client engagements, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and project success;
• Collaborate across product, science, engineering, and business teams to create and deliver quantum solutions
• Drive the development of proposals, technical documents, and solution architecture frameworks

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in quantum computing, physics, computer science, or a closely related field
• 8+ years of experience in technical architecture or solutions engineering, with a focus on quantum computing or related technologies

Preferred:

• PhD in quantum computing, physics, computer science, or a related discipline
• Deep expertise in quantum computing, quantum algorithms, and hybrid quantum-classical architectures;
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, particularly for quantum solution integration
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience; able to lead teams and present to diverse audiences
• Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems;
• Industry knowledge in quantum applications for AI, materials science, or finance

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $180,000 to $225,000 annually (includes incentive eligibility)
