Job Description

Job Title: Director, Physical Security and Safety. Location: Remote, United States

Responsibilities:

• Lead global physical security and investigative operations across corporate and production environments.
• Develop and implement facility security and forensic response programs.
• Direct internal investigations and coordinate with legal teams on litigation and regulatory matters.
• Ensure proper preservation of physical and digital evidence in collaboration with information security teams.
• Implement executive protection and travel security programs;
• Oversee emergency preparedness and crisis response initiatives.
• Conduct global risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement and investigative partners.
• Provide executive-level reporting on security posture and investigative outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing physical security and investigations team.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in physical security, investigations, intelligence, or law enforcement leadership.
• Proven experience managing complex investigations and supporting litigation or regulatory actions.
• Strong knowledge of forensic evidence handling and chain of custody requirements.
• Experience working in high-threat or high-visibility environments;
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence.

Preferred:

• Active or previously held Top Secret security clearance.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary range: $146,400 – $244,000 per year.
