Facilities Maintenance Lead

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Lead. Location: Broomfield, CO, USA

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Lead to support and manage infrastructure at our Broomfield location; Reporting directly to the ISC Sr. Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of building systems; that support our quantum hardware facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of general facility maintenance and on-site contractor support
• Manage and troubleshoot building systems, including HVAC and temperature control systems
• Schedule downtimes and communicate construction/maintenance plans with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols;
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and update work order systems
• Support space planning and layout activities for operations
• Co-lead the facilities work order management system;
• Liaise with IT, HSE, Security, and business units for facility support
• Coordinate external service providers for repairs, upgrades, or installations
• Participate in project meetings and report on ongoing project status
• Available to work evenings and weekends when needed
• Perform other assigned duties as required
• Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, engineering, cleanroom operations, or mechanical contracting
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status);
• Cannot be a national of the People's Republic of China or Russia unless also a U.S. citizen

Preferred:

• Associate degree in electronics, industrial, or mechanical maintenance
• Certifications in HVAC, low voltage, electrical, or mechanical systems;
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with maintenance tracking systems
• Familiarity with OSHA, environmental health, and local safety codes
• Positive, professional communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary: $70,000 – $90,000
