Materials Management Analyst

Job Description

Job Title: Materials Management Analyst II. Location: Broomfield, Colorado, USA

This position is safety-sensitive and requires compliance with U.S. government security and employment regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support logistics operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and property management
  • Perform inventory and material control transactions such as receipts, cycle counts, asset tracking, and material movements
  • Reconcile inventory differences and manage shipment transactions;
  • Support business partner setup and perform SAP-related responsibilities
  • Coordinate intercompany truck deliveries within Colorado when required
  • Complete enhanced background checks and ongoing motor vehicle record monitoring when applicable
  • Perform asset inventory activities and guide employees on asset use and disposal processes
  • Use SAP S4 HANA to validate shipping and receiving workflows;
  • Document standard operating procedures for materials management tasks
  • Apply process controls across ERP systems for inventory, assets, and cycle counting

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of experience in receiving, shipping, logistics, SAP systems, or supply chain planning
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds;
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. government regulations
  • Must meet national security eligibility requirements

Preferred:

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience with MRP deployment in SAP systems
  • Knowledge of data quality, cleansing, and validation
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments;
  • Process improvement and leadership capability
  • Powered industrial truck certification
  • Experience with Smartsheet

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $70,000 to $88,000, based on experience and qualifications
