Job Title: Quantum Engagement Leader. Location: Yorktown Heights, NY, USA

Job Type: Full-Time, Professional, Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle, ensuring successful partnerships and project delivery across multiple U.S.-based partners.
• Manage partner relationships and collaborate closely with technical leads across engagements.
• Build and maintain strong networks within partner organizations to achieve milestones and ensure success;
• Represent partner needs internally to improve IBM Quantum products, services, and ecosystem offerings.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and act as a subject matter advocate for quantum computing topics;
• Coordinate research, training, support, and enablement activities while developing reusable assets for future engagements.
• Support strategic initiatives including education programs, hackathons, industry outreach, and ecosystem development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a STEM field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business or technology strategy consulting or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple engagements.
• Experience in relationship building, stakeholder management, negotiation, and client engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills;
• Ability to work in complex, technical, and multi-stakeholder environments.

Preferred:

• PhD in a STEM field.
• Experience with quantum computing.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary range: $152,000–$228,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
