Job Description
Job Title: Quantum Engagement Leader. Location: Yorktown Heights, NY, USA
Job Type: Full-Time, Professional, Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle, ensuring successful partnerships and project delivery across multiple U.S.-based partners.
- Manage partner relationships and collaborate closely with technical leads across engagements.
- Build and maintain strong networks within partner organizations to achieve milestones and ensure success;
- Represent partner needs internally to improve IBM Quantum products, services, and ecosystem offerings.
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and act as a subject matter advocate for quantum computing topics;
- Coordinate research, training, support, and enablement activities while developing reusable assets for future engagements.
- Support strategic initiatives including education programs, hackathons, industry outreach, and ecosystem development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a STEM field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business or technology strategy consulting or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple engagements.
- Experience in relationship building, stakeholder management, negotiation, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in complex, technical, and multi-stakeholder environments.
Preferred:
- PhD in a STEM field.
- Experience with quantum computing.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary range: $152,000–$228,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
