Sales Enablement Lead - Quantum

Job Description

Job Title: Sales Enablement Lead – IBM Quantum. Location: Cambridge, MA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY, USA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Own the global sales enablement content strategy for IBM Quantum’s portfolio.
  • Develop and manage high-quality sales assets including pitch decks, value frameworks, competitive positioning, and battle cards.
  • Design and deliver structured training programs, both live and asynchronous, to improve sales team capabilities;
  • Translate complex quantum computing concepts, product positioning, and research into sales-ready materials.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Content, Technical, and Product teams to align messaging and materials.
  • Enable consistent and effective communication of IBM Quantum’s value across different regions, industries, and technical audiences.
  • Act as a key link between Marketing, Product, Research, and Client Engagement teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, product marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven experience building and managing enablement programs in large organizations.
  • Strong ability to translate highly technical concepts into clear, accurate sales messaging.
  • Experience supporting technical sales teams selling complex technology with long sales cycles;
  • Proven ability to maintain and update enablement systems in a fast-evolving technology environment.
  • Strong collaboration experience with product marketing, sales, and product management teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with quantum computing, deep tech, or advanced technology products.
  • Familiarity with enterprise, government, or research client environments.

  • Salary range: $114,000 – $196,000 per year, based on experience and location.
